Refund policy
We want everyone to be able to try our products risk-free, and return them if they are simply not working for you.
Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item may be opened, but must still contain most of its contents. A few sprays of a fragrance is fine, using up most of the bottle is not.
To start a return, you can contact us at helpme@bottledupfeelings.com. Please do not send any items without contacting us first, or we may not be able to match the return to your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the return is received. All refunds are credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which is out of our control.
